Overview
JabQuake is published by Pebble Tools. The app is designed to work without requiring a JabQuake account.
Information used by the app
JabQuake uses device motion information to power its motion-controlled gameplay and scoring. The app may also store gameplay preferences and progress locally on your device, such as personal-best information, settings and Daily Smash progress.
Information you provide
If you contact Pebble Tools for support or beta feedback, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots and device details.
Advertising and accounts
The current JabQuake release does not require a JabQuake account and does not display third-party advertising.
Apple services
If you install JabQuake through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may process information relating to downloads, diagnostics, crashes, purchases, TestFlight feedback or other platform activity under Apple's own privacy terms and settings.
Data retention
Information stored locally by JabQuake remains on your device until it is removed through available app controls, by deleting the app, or through normal device-management actions. Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, diagnose issues and maintain appropriate business records.
Children
JabQuake is not presented as a service that knowingly collects personal information from children. The app does not require users to create an account or submit personal information to play.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when JabQuake's features or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
