Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Sicuur version and a short description of what happened. Do not send private journal entries, passwords, approval PINs or other sensitive information.

Screen Time access

Sicuur needs Apple Screen Time permission before it can protect selected apps or websites. You can review access from Sicuur's Protection schedules screen and from the relevant iOS settings.

Protection schedules

Make sure Screen Time access is approved and at least one app or website has been selected. Review the chosen start time, repeat pattern and duration before saving the protection window.

Trusted Unlock

Trusted Unlock is optional. Your trusted person receives a private invitation by email and does not need the Sicuur app installed.

If an invitation or approval email does not arrive, check the email address entered in Sicuur and the recipient's spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Face ID

If you enable Sicuur's app lock, Face ID must already be configured on the iPhone. Sicuur uses the device's biometric authentication system and does not receive your biometric data.

Your data

Sicuur includes controls for exporting your local data and deleting Sicuur data. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

What Sicuur is not

Sicuur is a personal decision-support and device-management tool. It is not medical treatment, professional therapy, a gambling treatment service, emergency assistance or a guarantee that a decision cannot be overridden.
